API keys

Send the key in the X-Api-Key header. With an agent key your helpdesk can list, create and update tickets, e.g. PATCH https://chatbotapi.arklightinternationalschool.co.ke/tickets/<id> with {"external_id": "ZD-123", "status": "resolved"}.
